The entrepreneurial spirit can be found all across the United States and it has started to show its influence in all the possible industries. However, for the most part, the start-up life has been dominated by men until now.
An increasing movement and popularity of women entrepreneurs is starting to catch on and ignite an entire generation of women of all walks of life to start their own businesses. It has become such a large community that there will be a Renegade Women’s Conference on April 12, starting at 10:00 AM, in Los Angeles. This is meant as a session for women with ideas or even start-ups who want to network with like-minded women as well as learn a few pointers on how to live the life of a busy and successful entrepreneur.
It will be located at the Writer’s Boot Camp on Michigan Avenue in Santa Monica. The host will be Nailah Blades, a business coach who helps her clients create highly successful businesses from ideas and small start-up teams. The panel of speakers will be women who took the risk of starting their own businesses and have helped other women in the industry to do the same.
The Renegade Women’s Conference will have workshops, opportunistic networking, lunch, and even an after conference cocktail hour hosted by Vino-ista. This will allow for even more extra mingling with great entrepreneurial women making a huge scene in the Los Angeles area.
As the conference’s motto goes, “We are the renegades. We are women looking for newer and better ways to impact our businesses, communities, and economy. Let’s do this $*it!”
