What would you say are the major workforce trends in your industry right now? Is work life balance key, or are the current economic conditions prompting you and your employees to work smarter when everyone else is working harder? Are you really on top of the demands of getting your message and your company out there?
The Orange County Business Council Workforce Development Conference on 3 October will not only give you an opportunity to look at current trends both for your workforce, but how to prepare them to be more competitive, and catapult your business ahead of the competition.
Registration takes place at the Island Hotel at 11:00am for a prompt 11:30am start, winding up at 1:30pm, which will enable you to get back to work and brainstorm relevant ideas with your colleagues while they are still fresh.
Individual member tickets are $95, and this event is also open to non-members at $125 per individual. Orange County Business Council members can also purchase table tickets (seating ten) for $950, with non-members able to do so for $1,250.
The panelists are experienced workplace and education professionals, and during the course of the day, Dr. Wallance Walrod, the Orange County Business Council Chief Economic Advisor, will be presenting the Workforce Indicators Report for 2013. Examining national economic factors in relation to workplace trends will be Andrew Munoz.
